WireGuard server: ~15 Gbps aggregate
88v server: 1,972 Gbps encrypted aggregate
Same hardware. 131x the throughput. Verify it yourself.
Your actual speed = min(your ISP, our servers). We'll never be your bottleneck.
We rebuilt the encrypted dataplane from scratch. Lock-free architecture = 131x more throughput per server. Same hardware, 131x the capacity.
1,972 Gbps aggregate encrypted throughput per server. WireGuard: ~15 Gbps. Same hardware, lock-free architecture.
131x more server capacity = lower infra costs = lower prices. The 88 in our name isn't just branding.
Replay protection, rate limiting, perfect forward secrecy, constant-time operations. Enterprise-grade by default.
CRYSTALS-Kyber encryption protects against future quantum computers. You won't care about this for 5 years. Then you'll be glad you have it.
Starting in North America with rapid expansion planned. Join the waitlist to influence where we deploy next.
We don't log your activity. Ever. Architecturally enforced — there's nothing to hand over. Third-party audit planned.
Quantum-safe is just the foundation. 88v implements defense-in-depth with multiple independent security layers. Compromise one, the others still protect you.
131x faster infrastructure = 131x lower costs. We pass the savings to you.
Need more? Enterprise plans start at $5/user/month with uncapped speeds, SSO, and admin console.
We're a startup. We launched with one high-performance node and we're expanding fast based on demand.

Methodology:
Aggregate server throughput, not per-user speed. Your download speed = min(your ISP, our server's pipe). This benchmark measures how many users a single server can handle simultaneously, which determines our infrastructure cost — and your price.
Measured on a single server node (AWS c6i.metal, 128 vCPUs, 100 Gbps networking). The 88v-bench tool runs the full encrypted packet pipeline — ChaCha20-Poly1305 encrypt, lock-free queue, DashMap connection lookup — and compares against an equivalent mutex-based pipeline.
Consumer VPN: We deploy on cost-effective 3 Gbps servers. Our software isn't the bottleneck — your ISP is. The dataplane runs at ~2% CPU utilization while competitors max out.
Enterprise: Deploy on 25-100 Gbps infrastructure and saturate any pipe you throw at us. Join enterprise waitlist →
Reproduce it yourself:
git clone https://github.com/Origin-22/88v-benchmark && cd 88v
cargo build --release --no-default-features --bin 88v-bench
./target/release/88v-bench all --json results.json

Join Waitlist88v is currently in early access beta. Our quantum-safe VPN uses CRYSTALS-Kyber (NIST-standardized post-quantum key exchange) and ChaCha20-Poly1305 (authenticated encryption), both implemented using production-grade cryptographic libraries.
While we have implemented industry-standard security practices including perfect forward secrecy, replay protection, and secure key rotation, independent third-party security audits are currently in progress.
By using 88v during the beta period, you acknowledge this software is pre-release. We recommend waiting for our v1.0 release (expected Q2 2026) for maximum-security use cases.
