Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are a new subscriber (first-time purchase)
- You request the refund within 7 days of your initial subscription date
- Your account has not been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@88v.io with your account email and the reason for your request. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
What's Not Covered
- Partial months — No pro-rated refunds after the 7-day window
- Renewals — Refunds apply to first billing cycle only. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges
- Violations — Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible
- Free tier — The free tier has no cost and therefore no refund
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. When you cancel:
- Your service continues until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again
- You can re-subscribe at any time
