These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 88v VPN ("Service") operated by Origin22 LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading our applications, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use 88v VPN. By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Description of Service

88v VPN provides:

• Virtual Private Network (VPN) service for secure, private internet access
• Encryption of internet traffic using quantum-safe cryptography
• Access to servers in multiple geographic locations
• Desktop and mobile applications for connecting to our VPN

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To use 88v VPN, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscription Plans

88v VPN offers the following subscription tiers:

• Starter: $4.88/month — 50 GB data, 3 devices
• Standard: $8.80/month — 100 GB data, 5 devices
• Plus: $14.88/month — 200 GB data, 10 devices
• Pro: $24.88/month — 400 GB data, unlimited devices

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days, contact zach@origin22.com for a full refund.

After 7 days:

• No refunds for partial months
• You may cancel at any time; service continues until end of billing period
• No refunds for accounts terminated due to Terms violations

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use 88v VPN for lawful purposes, including:

• Protecting your privacy on public Wi-Fi
• Securing your internet connection
• Accessing content available in your location
• General web browsing and streaming
• Business and personal communications

6. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activity: Any use that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or ours
• Child exploitation: Distribution, possession, or access to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Hacking: Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data
• Malware: Distribution of viruses, ransomware, or other malicious software
• Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages
• DDoS attacks: Launching denial-of-service attacks against any target
• Fraud: Phishing, identity theft, or financial fraud
• Copyright infringement: Large-scale piracy or distribution of copyrighted content
• Abuse: Harassment, threats, or doxxing of individuals
• Terrorism: Any activity supporting terrorism or violent extremism
• Resale: Reselling or sharing your account without authorization

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and report illegal activity to law enforcement.

7. Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Fail to pay for your subscription
• Provide false information during registration

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to provide refunds for terminated accounts due to violations.

8. Data Limits & Fair Use

Each subscription tier includes a monthly data allowance:

• Data usage is calculated as the sum of upload and download traffic through the VPN
• Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle
• When you reach your limit, VPN access is paused until your next billing cycle or you upgrade
• Unused data does not roll over to the next month

We reserve the right to implement fair use policies to prevent abuse that impacts other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials related to 88v VPN are owned by Origin22 LLC or our licensors. This includes:

• The 88v name, logo, and branding
• Our desktop and mobile applications
• Our website and documentation
• Our underlying technology and algorithms

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications solely for personal use of the VPN service.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of any information
• Security of data transmitted through the Service

While we implement strong security measures, no system is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific connection speeds (depends on your ISP and network conditions)
• Availability of specific server locations
• Compatibility with all websites or services
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORIGIN22 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Origin22 LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you transmit through the Service

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at zach@origin22.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted in English.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by:

• Posting updated Terms on this page
• Sending email notification to registered users
• Displaying notice in our applications

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
